Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline with eight years of experience. Ten-years of experience without bachelor's degree acceptable.

8 to 10 years of full stack system development in a complex and mission critical three-tier system development environment spanning COBOL, .Net, Web / Mobile, Oracle and MS SQL Server.

Strong DevSecOps skills and familiarity including formal release management processes, comprehensive testing (not just "Happy Path"), and strong collaboration and coaching skills.

COBOL development with MICROFOCUS Visual COBOL using Visual Studio 2019 / 2022 in Windows Server 2022 under IIS. (MICROFOCUS Visual COBOL V7, V9, or higher strongly preferred)

Application programming against RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
