    • About the Role

    This position is primarily focused on web application development using .NET (C#) and React. We are also expanding our ERP business (Microsoft Dynamics), and you will have the opportunity to grow into ERP consulting in the future, based on your interest and skill development. Candidates should be willing and excited to contribute both as a Software Developer and, in the future, as part of our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Web application design, development, and testing
    • Maintenance and enhancement of existing web applications, including bug fixes, minor feature updates, and performance optimization
    • Backend development using C# / .NET Framework / MVC
    • Frontend development using JavaScript / React / HTML / CSS
    • API and Web Service development and integration
    • Technical documentation in English and Japanese
    • Future involvement in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects

      • Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of software development experience including experience with Java
    • C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
    • React / JavaScript
    • HTML / CSS
    • MS SQL
    • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
    • Source control experience (Git / Azure DevOps)
    • Business-level English and Japanese
    • Strong communication skills

      • Preferred Qualifications

    • Interest in building a career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Unit testing experience
    • Knowledge of Azure REST API
    • Experience using Postman
    • Basic business process knowledge (Finance / Sales / Inventory)
    • Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate or UiPath
