Job Summary : Join our dynamic Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care while experiencing the variety and challenge of working across different units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU.

Position Details :

Shift : Third Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Hours Per Week : 36
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

What You’ll Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units, adapting to different workflows

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Utilize your clinical skills to assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred)

Licenses & Certifications : RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Training : ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training provided

Flexibility : Ability to meet the schedule requirements, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
