Role Summary :

Searching for a Senior SQL Server DBA with strong experience supporting legacy, stored-procedure-centric environments. The candidate will focus on SQL tuning, performance optimization, SSRS reporting, and stakeholder-driven delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Albuquerque, NM (3+ days / week).

Required Skills :

7 10+ years hands-on SQL Server in production environments.

Heavy experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, and T-SQL queries.

Strong query tuning & performance optimization on large databases.

Solid SSRS report design, development, and deployment.

Experience working with legacy systems without modern ORMs.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Comfortable working ticket-based and engaging senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

Budgeting / financial systems experience.

ETL or data integration exposure.

OLAP / multidimensional modeling.
