A leading wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Tax & Financial Planning team. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing complex tax engagements, overseeing staff, and providing strategic tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

The Tax Manager will prepare and review complex individual, trust, estate, and entity tax returns; lead and mentor tax staff; and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This position partners closely with the firm's financial advisors to integrate tax insights into holistic financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients, including individuals, estates, trusts, and passthrough entities.
• Prepare and review complex income tax returns and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Advise clients on proactive tax strategies and evolving tax laws.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of tax associates.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors to align tax and financial planning goals.
• Manage client communications, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
