General Dentist Opportunity — Full-Time Associate | Southwest Fort Worth, TX

We're seeking a personable, experienced General Dentist to join a respected, long-standing dental office in Southwest Fort Worth , conveniently located just off the Chisholm Trail Parkway . With the Owner Dentist reducing their schedule to 2–3 days per week, we're looking for a Full-Time Associate Dentist (4 days per week) to continue serving the community with excellence and compassion.

PPO / FFS Practice Model :

No Medicaid or HMO — the patient base values quality care and meaningful, ongoing relationships with their providers.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : 32% of Collections

32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)

Signing Bonus Available — enhanced for a 2-year commitment

‍⚕ Ideal Candidate Profile

We're seeking a confident and community-minded clinician who is :

Experienced (minimum 2+ years ) in general dentistry

Comfortable practicing independently in a mature, established environment

Skilled in comprehensive care with excellent communication and patient rapport

Licensed (or eligible) to practice dentistry in Texas

Technology & Clinical Environment

Digital X-rays & Digital Pano

Intraoral Scanner

Rotary Endo & Implant Surgery System

CBCT available off-site (with potential for in-house addition)

Highly tenured, experienced support staff
