A company is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator who will support the Sales Department by ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming sales calls and direct them to appropriate salespersons
Schedule meetings and manage sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
Maintain sales databases and assist with client agreements and documentation
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High level of integrity and empathy
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in a client-facing role preferred
