The Production Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Production team across a broad range of tasks. This position involves assisting with day-to-day production operations from running errands and preparing sets to operating cameras and handling on-set logistics. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination, efficiency, and overall success of the Production department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the office, kitchen, conference rooms, and storage areas; assist with minor repairs and maintenance projects.
• Support the Production team on set by preparing lights, cameras, props, and equipment, and providing basic technical assistance such as running teleprompters, focusing cameras, and managing on-set documentation.
• Coordinate craft services, meals, and travel or lodging arrangements for the Production crew as needed.
• Assist with media management by pulling and clipping media for playback, archiving podcast episodes, logging metadata, and supporting editors, technicians, and engineers in testing new production gear.
• Manage logistics and run off-site errands to ensure smooth daily operations for the Production team.
