Responsibilities

The Rotational Analyst, Business Transformation is responsible for supporting end-to-end execution of strategic projects in support of the Investment & Strategy pillar at Hines, under the Senior Director, Business Transformation and Global Head of Business Transformation. This role will help translate the firm's business objectives into action, advise on and implement new core business processes by leveraging technology and data, to reduce friction and create efficiencies for the business. This position will support efforts to enhance operational processes by analyzing requirements, documenting processes, setting up processes / tools, and communicating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer of Investment & Strategy to launch, manage, and execute projects in support of Hines' investment management business.

In this role the individual will gain cross-functional projects experience, sitting at a unique position at the firm.

Cross Functional Project Management

• Work with business leaders to understand business objectives, current pain points, and identify opportunities to create efficiencies.
• Participate in discovery meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and document current state business processes.
• Support Business Transformation leaders in drafting project plans by identifying tasks, project team members, roles and responsibilities, and timelines.
