Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new contractor customers
Train office staff and field crews on the effective use of 811spotter tools
Document customer processes and create practical training materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in commercial excavation, underground utilities, or construction management
Familiarity with 811 ticket workflows and coordination processes
Ability to learn new software tools quickly and explain them practically
Customer-facing experience preferred
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts
