Senior Marketing And Proposal Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Marketing And Proposal Specialist to lead strategic marketing efforts for our Water Design-Build, CMAR and CM/GC pursuits. What You'll Do:

1. Lead and execute qualifications, proposals and award submissions by outlining requirements, assigning responsibilities, directing and editing content, ensuring compliance, leading kickoff and review meetings and submitting through procurement sites
2. Manage multiple concurrent pursuits and proposal teams to ensure timely, consistent, high-quality delivery in a collaborative environment
3. Lead shortlist presentation development and provide interview coaching for the presentation team
4. Develop business development and marketing materials (digital and print assets, social media, website content and tradeshow events) and assist in shaping overall marketing strategy (some travel required)
5. Maintain the Water proposal content (projects, past performance, resumes and narratives)

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ in the AEC industry with Water market focus
• Solid understanding of Water market and AEC industry terminology, processes and procurement requirements
• Demonstrated success managing municipal water and wastewater proposals from kickoff through submission
• Strong writing, graphics, project management and leadership skills with acute attention to accuracy and detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and lead teams in a deadline-driven environment

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Salary Range:

The base salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,200. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
