Job Details

We are looking to hire an experienced RN with BSN degree and active New York State RN License in good standing who comes with at least 3 years homecare experience to serve in an RN Team Leader role. This full-time position will function with leadership administrative duties, oversee a team of homecare nurses, precepting new nurses, supervising your peers on their field visits, conducting regular supervisory home visits with nursing staff to ensure clinical competence, to provide guidance in caring for patients with various diagnoses, to address patient / family concerns.
