• Hours : 7 : 00-3 : 30, 7 : 30-4 : 00, or 8 : 00-4 : 30 (you can select which work schedule is best for you), Monday-Friday
• Hybrid Schedule : 3-days Onsite, 2-days Remote

What You'll Be Doing

Under general supervision, this highly visible position provides collections as well as customer support for our equipment leasing product. Working directly with customers and external brokers this role is responsible for contacting customers to service and collect on delinquent accounts. This role will be responsible for developing good working relationships both internally and externally and work to continuously improve the customer journey and lease performance.
