About the Role : We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team working to make AI accessible to all. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and intuitive designs that will change the way that people interact with AI. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across web interfaces, digital marketing assets and print materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform something highly technical into tools that will be used to empower businesses. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple design projects in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand the needs and challenges and apply design thinking to create effective, intuitive visual solutions

Web UI Design – Design intuitive, responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Digital Design – Create digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including email templates, social media visual and website content

Print Design – Generate high-quality print materials including brochures, posters and other event materials

Brand Consistency – Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. Create, update and evolve the brand design systems and style guides

Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring ides to life and seek innovative ways to improve designs for aesthetics and intuitive functionality

Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring they are easy to access and reuse for future projects

Stay up to date with design trends and tools to ensure the company’s design work is fresh, modern and innovative

Qualifications and Skills :

Required :

5+ years of experience as a multi-channel graphic designer

Proficiency I design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar

Strong understanding of responsive and UI design, information architecture and user experience best practices

Experience designing for social media platforms and digital advertising

Experience creating print-ready designs and familiarity with printing processes, file formats and specifications to ensure quality production standards

Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UI design, digital media and print design with examples of both creative and functional work

Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area

Preferred :

Experience in a fast-growing startup or tech environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and rapid growth

Knowledge of animation and motion graphics

Experience with AI

Understanding of REST / HTTP / Web Architecture
