Key Responsibilities :

Own team outcomes and key metrics, balancing loss rates with merchant experience

Define policies for transparent decision-making and partner with teams to develop automation and detection models

Required Qualifications :

Experience leading operational teams in credit risk or financial services, preferably in ecommerce or payments

Strong analytical skills and experience managing credit exposure and financial loss mitigation

Familiarity with AI tools and an AI-first mindset

Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to communicate risks and align on priorities
