What youll be working on :

Operating our state-of-the-art robotic factory and fleet of delivery vehicles on jobsites across the United States

Assigning tasks to other team members to ensure materials are loaded correctly and efficiently into the factory

Working with the software team to improve operator user experience and efficiency

Monitoring the factory for faults, documenting issues, and working through resolutions with the team back at HQ

Communicating updates with the site superintendent on a regular basis

As a Robotics System Operator at Charge Robotics, youll be working with our engineering and operations teams to deploy a first-of-its-kind robotic solar installation system that will install gigawatts of clean power generation.

You :

Are available for full-time travel (a per diem stipend will be provided to cover housing and food)

Are proficient working with computers

Have a positive attitude and like working on a team

Will follow safety procedures + reinforce a culture of safety

Are able to lift 50lbs if necessary

Itd also be nice if you :

Are familiar with programming and / or the command line

Have experience working with industrial automation equipment or robotics

Have experience working on construction sites
