A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategic Planning & Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and operational support to the US Value & Access leadership team

Manage functional projects and drive cross-functional business objectives

Facilitate goal setting, track progress, and lead departmental meetings

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma / GED with 12 years of experience

Experience in strategy consulting or value & access / market access landscape

Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills

Proven ability to influence and engage with senior management

Experience in financial budgeting and variance reporting
