Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher

Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is hiring a Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to lead daily scheduling and field coordination for our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC teams.
This is a high-responsibility role within our service department. You will make real-time decisions that impact technician productivity, daily revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:
As the Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will oversee daily field operations by strategically scheduling technicians, communicating proactively with customers, and supporting measurable revenue and performance goals.
You will work closely with technicians, customer service representatives, logistics, and leadership to ensure each day runs smoothly and professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
- $24-27 per hour depending on experience
- Performance-based profit sharing
- Total annual compensation opportunity of approximately $52,000-$60,000+
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees

- 80 hours of front-loaded PTO
- 7-9 paid holidays annually
- Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or on-call

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily revenue by strategically dispatching technicians based on skill set, geography, priority, and opportunity
- Maintain a productive and optimized call board aligned with revenue and performance goals
- Make real-time schedule adjustments to protect efficiency and technician productivity
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding updates, changes, and expectations
- Coordinate materials, manpower, permits, and multi-trade projects with Logistics to ensure jobs are set up for success
- Ensure accurate job setup, documentation, and clean reporting
- Provide follow-up communication when needed to support a high-quality customer experience
- Partner with technicians, CSRs, and leadership to support daily operational success
- Work collaboratively with technicians, CSRs, and leadership to support daily performance, revenue, and service goals

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Calm, solution-oriented decision-making under pressure
- Ability to diffuse conflict, demonstrate empathy, and build trust with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong sense of accountability
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems
- Prior dispatching, scheduling, hospitality leadership, or service coordination experience preferred
- Trade industry knowledge is a plus
