As a Security Guard - Media Site Patrol in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or vendors to provide assistance and directions as needed.
  • Work closely with Allied Universal management and site representatives to maintain a secure environment tailored to the needs of a technology-focused location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
