Description :

This position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting.

You will be responsible for approximately 6 patient visits per day.

A weekend rotation may be required.

Candidates should possess a strong background in physical therapy.

Having experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR software is preferred.
