Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one
• Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing settings
• Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to work nights, and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulations.
• Assess patient conditions regularly, document findings accurately, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols and facility guidelines.
