A company is looking for a Business Development Associate who will focus on building relationships with Sponsors and CROs to enhance clinical trial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach to Sponsors and CROs to introduce the company's capabilities and strengths

Generate and qualify early-stage opportunities for the business development pipeline

Document outreach activities and track engagement in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site operations, or CRO / sponsor-facing roles

Ability to articulate technical and operational concepts clearly and confidently

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Curiosity and initiative in identifying and advancing new opportunities

Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal travel requirements
