Digital Document Center Service Specialist - Full-Time

Position Details:

This direct hire role is full time and performs digital services that includes copy/print and scanning work. Hours will range within Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Off Friday and Saturday) Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00 - 19.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

This direct hire role is a Digital Document Center Service Specialist - Full-Time and performs office services work. Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Off Friday and Saturday)

• Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
