Civil Engineer - Land Development / Design

A well-established, reputable, and growing engineering and land planning firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide engineering design and leadership for private land development projects. The candidate will work on site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, water main plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software.

Base Pay Range

95,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Prepare site civil development plans, site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, water main plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Provide design leadership for private land development projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

E.I.T. or P.E. strongly encouraged.

Experience in engineering design of land development projects.

Utility design experience.

Site grading expertise.

Storm water management systems knowledge.

Proficiency in zoning and permitting research.

Proven skill in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
