Position Overview

We are always looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafting Technician to join our team, full-time position. Salary is commensurate with an overall evaluation of your work experience, technical skills, and people skills. You will have a key role in the production of architectural drawings from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • CAD Standards : Proficiency with U.S. National CAD Standards required.
  • Technical Expertise : Prepare architectural drawings and details using Revit and / or AutoCAD.
  • Drafting Skills : Prepare finished drawing from hand-sketches, reference drawings, photographs, and directions from other senior team members.
  • Speed : Ability to draft efficiently and accurately to meet submittal deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Hawaii resident with the ability to work in-office. This is not a remote position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. An Associates of Science degree in Architectural or Engineering Technologies, Computer Aided Design, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in techinical architectural drafting.
  • Team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape3d, and Photoshop are a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in architectural detailing.
  • Familiarity with current building codes and regulations.

    • Salary Range

    $75,000 to $95,000
