Senior Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage comprehensive payroll operations and ensure compliance within financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly US payroll and monthly international payroll for a diverse employee base

Audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance, including leave of absence calculations and 401(k) contributions

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and manage timesheet processing and benefit-related payroll transactions

Must-Have Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in payroll operations or a related financial role

5-7 years of experience with ADP WFN and WorkDay

5-7 years of experience with ADP ezLabor

Demonstrated experience with large-scale payroll processing, both domestic and international

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
