- Safely operate a company vehicle
- Work in diverse environments including rooftops, crawlspaces, and attics

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work independently and physically in the field
- Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses (training provided at no cost)
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
Work Environment:
Candidates must be capable of meeting physical job requirements to perform tasks safely:
- Safely use a ladder within its weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing as needed
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator
