Job Opportunity : Mobile Care Provider

Provado Mobile Healthcare is seeking drivers to transport people to and from their medical appointments. Drivers get to create their own schedules, business hours, Monday through Friday. We have prescheduled, standing order member trips, with recurring appointments. Earnings are paid out weekly, via direct deposit. Drivers are paid for every member loaded mile they complete. You are an independent contractor (1099).

Provado Mobile Healthcare provides $1 million in primary commercial liability insurance while health plan members are in the vehicle. However, you are required to carry your own personal auto insurance policies as well. Mobile CarePros must consent to drug screening, background-checks, and to have their driving records reviewed. Mobile CarePros are subject to a zero-tolerance drug policy. It is the responsibility of the Mobile CarePro to keep their driver's license, insurance, and registration up-to-date and valid.

Requirements :

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Your vehicle will need to pass a Provado inspection.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than (1) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years. No DUI's or suspensions within the last (5) years.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check. No felonies or misdemeanors in the last (7) years.

Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
