I'm working with a well-run critical access hospital seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead a strong, established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy leader who values clinical impact, operational excellence, and a close-knit environment where your leadership directly supports high-quality patient care.
What Were Looking For :
Acute Care Expertise : 23 years of current acute care hospital pharmacy experience is required.
Leadership Background : Prior experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager is strongly preferred.
Location Flexibility : Candidates must either live within 45 minutes or be open to relocation due to required availability if incident command is activated.
Team Oversight : You'll lead a department of 12 dedicated pharmacy professionals.
Hands-On Approach : While this is a leadership role, occasional bench coverage will be part of the responsibilities. Were looking for a collaborative, team-focused leader.
Reporting Structure : Reports directly to the Multi-Site Director with a dotted line to the CMO.
Regulatory Knowledge : A solid understanding of Title 22 is essential.
Technical Strength : Experience or familiarity with sterile compounding is preferred.
