Now Hiring : Front Office Coordinator

What You'll Do
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will :
- Welcome guests and clients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Manage phones, appointments, schedules, and walk-ins with ease
- Handle ongoing changes and shifting priorities while keeping everything running smoothly
- Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed
- Maintain a neat, organized, and positive front office environment
- Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (but not required) - if you are, it's a big plus!
