Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications :

• One or more years of experience in customer service in a specialty role such as managing a major account preferably with logistics or supply chain exposure.
• Experience with order management systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience working with EDI connections
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High energy level with a strong commitment to performance and service quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
