Job Description Andromeda is seeking talented self-starters who are driven to complete tasks thoroughly.
As a vital member of our 10–12-person service department, you will troubleshoot client issues both remotely and on-site, as assigned by the Dispatcher.
Your role involves efficiently restoring clients' functionality while upholding excellent customer service standards. We're looking for a versatile tech enthusiast who thrives in teamwork and seeks continuous learning opportunities. About You Experience :
- Minimum 1 year in an MSP or corporate IT environment. Skills : Proficient in IT areas such as PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus. Location :
