Overview

We seek an experienced commercial insurance sales professional focusing on commercial lines Property & Casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits (EB) consulting services for middle-market businesses in Michigan. The right candidate would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment offering proposals from $250K —$1.5MM, this position is not for you.

The Opportunity

We will provide you with the right training and a true mentor who is a senior partner in our agency. Our process provides an unparalleled framework for training, development, and personal growth objectives.

Salary

The starting salary is $85k - $100k+, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus commission on new business revenue (40%) and renewal business revenue (35%). We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success, you cannot be afraid of prospecting to C-level professionals who may have never heard of our firm.
