Senior Manager, Strategic Programs

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives and new health plan launches

Facilitate collaboration across various teams and serve as the primary contact for external health plan partners

Gather and interpret operational and clinical data, ensuring organized documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4-7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or value-based care

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience with health plan contracts or operational workflows

Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments
