Inside Sales Representative

PrideStaff is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company located in Chino, CA. This is a direct hire position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Job Duties / Description : We are looking for a candidate that wants a career and is motivated to learn and grow with a company that services the construction industry, athletic facilities, schools, and many other organizations. The ideal candidate will be a Tennis Enthusiast. This position is perfect for a person seeking a good stable company with longevity.

  • Provide Customer Service for existing customers such as answering calls, responding to emails, order updates, provide statuses, etc.
  • Provide support for Outside sales team.
  • Provide customers with quotes.
  • Order processing.
  • Follow through on orders from point of sale to shipment and / or completed installation.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and build new relationships.
  • Identify and contact prospective customers by following up on open estimates.
  • Utilize QuickBooks software to view and research customer historical transactions.
  • Ability to professionally present promotional materials.
  • Maintain company image and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

  • Must have 4 to 5 years of Sales experience in the Construction / Manufacturing industry.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft, excel, emails, etc.).
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment and open to collaborating with the team towards a common goal. Working well with the team is essential in this role.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills with neat, legible handwriting
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create workload during downtime (such as reorganizing, classes, support other departments, strum up new business, reach out to potential clients, etc.).
  • Sports facilities knowledge for tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, football, indoor gyms, etc.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Ideal candidate has a stable, verifiable work history, and positive supervisory references.
  • Punctual with regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
