Role Overview

As a Senior Flutter Engineer at CXAPP, you will be instrumental in developing high-performance, cross-platform applications that deliver intuitive and engaging experiences to users. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build scalable and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Flutter Development : Build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Dart code for cross-platform applications.

UI Implementation : Collaborate with designers to translate UI / UX wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect applications.

Performance Optimization : Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through performance tuning, testing, and optimization.

Integration & APIs : Integrate with RESTful APIs and work alongside backend engineers to design effective data flows and interactions.

Code Reviews & Best Practices : Participate in code reviews and help enforce best practices in architecture, clean code, and modular design.

Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter / Dart releases, mobile trends, and contribute to architectural discussions and product strategy.

Agile Collaboration : Work within an agile environment with iterative releases, providing input during planning and sprint sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years working professionally with Flutter.

Strong proficiency in Dart and solid understanding of mobile app design principles and lifecycle.

Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.

Familiarity with third-party libraries, Firebase, and local data persistence.

Knowledge of native Android / iOS development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.

Ability to implement complex animations and rich UI interactions.

Understanding of CI / CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development processes.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
