At Lakeland Regional Health, we foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork, and respect. We are currently looking to expand our Hospital At Home team. This is an in person role, not remote. Physician will be reviewing appropriate patients that might be candidates for HaH and will also be a part of morning huddles, and may at times perform home visits. Highlights include: Collaboration with over 20 Hospitalists Monday-Friday; 7AM-7PM, No Call Vehicle Provided, HaH vehicle will be used Patients are located within 30 minutes of our Medical Center No MA, RN, LPN will travel with the doctor Involvement in GME residency program Work-Life Balance is strongly emphasized in our culture No State Income Tax LRH offers comprehensive benefits including 403B, Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, CME Allowance, CME Days, and Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage.
