A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and guidance to analysts and take escalation calls from customers
Conduct training for new hires and act as a mentor to team members
Perform trouble call resolution and maintain detailed incident logging within ITSM systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Helpdesk support and Active Directory
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Networking Fundamentals
Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, FreshService, and Ivanti
Experience with Azure (Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune)
