Role :

This is a senior-level position focused on managing the full lifecycle of large-scale EPON (Fiber Optic) network deployments.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with a strong technical background in GIS-based fiber network design and proven project management expertise.

Must Have's :

Direct Experience with Fiber Network Design (EPON / FTTH) :

Proven ability to perform or oversee large-scale EPON / FTTH design reviews and validate efficient technical build solutions.

Expertise in GIS Technologies :

Hands-on background using GIS systems (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) for fiber mapping, route planning, and spatial analysis.

Complex Project Management :

Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-phase infrastructure projects with a focus on delay mitigation and proposing alternate routing solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination :

Strong history of successfully coordinating and aligning key internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Operations) and external partners.

Telecommunications Industry Background :

Experience specifically within the telecom sector, dealing with infrastructure planning, permitting, and compliance.
