As a CNA with Nextaff, you'll be a vital part of the care team. You will support patients with daily living activities, help monitor their health, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will work closely with nurses and other medical staff to ensure every patient receives the respectful, attentive care they deserve.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Taking and recording vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Helping patients with mobility by transferring between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
• Supporting patients during meals and hydration
• Noticing and reporting changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
• Maintaining a tidy and safe care environment
• Accurately documenting patient interactions and updates

? What We're Looking For:

• A current CNA certification from your state's licensing agency
• A warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to adapt in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus but not required
