A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Manage open orders, including fulfillment processes and resolving delivery or payment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and optimize account metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in customer service and / or account management
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM tools and database software
Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
