Job Description
- Communicates with CFS Commercial team and CFS Operations team to provide superior customer service to an assigned set of clients not to exceed 50% of average Client Service Associate.
- Provides information for clients (e.g. Pricing, Capabilities, Status, Sample Submission)
- Submits and coordinates client requests for re-testing, additional testing, OOS investigations, and changes that are needed.
- Performs data entry into, NIMS, SFDC, CMS, and other databases, as appropriate.
- Coordinates conference calls with client and other areas of CFS as needed.
- Coordinates client visits as needed.
- Contributes to assigned process improvement projects and supports implementation when needed
- Compensation : $26.00 / hour - $29.00 / hour

Bachelors in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)1+ years of related experience (Food Science or Customer Service) preferredExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tactDemonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritizeDemonstrated teamwork, communication, and organizational skillsExperience in a scientific or logistics environment is a plusAbility to work independentlyAbility to work to many deadlines at one timeAbility to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal and external clientsPositive attitude and sense of urgencyThick skinned and able to take and give difficult newsAble to accept responsibility for company errorsAbility to learn new tasksAbility to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficientlyAdditional Information
