UI / UX Engineer (React JS) - Phoenix, AZ

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite - Hybrid : 2-3 days / week) Employment Type : W2 Only (No C2C) | Local to AZ Candidates Only ⚠️ Certifications & Portfolio is MANDATORY Primary Skill : UX Design | Secondary Skill : UI with React Key Responsibilities : ✅ Develop robust applications using React JS with strong UI / UX implementation ✅ Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements ✅ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UX issues to enhance user experience ✅ Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts ✅ Design graphic user interface elements including menus, tabs, and widgets ✅ Develop page navigation buttons and search functionality ✅ Build UI mockups and prototypes demonstrating site functionality and appearance ✅ Create unique and engaging graphic designs aligned with brand guidelines ✅ Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders ✅ Iterate on layouts based on user feedback and testing ✅ Maintain consistency with established font, color, and image style guidelines
