The Sales Associate role is an entry point into a full-time sales career at Storr. This is a structured training position designed to prepare you to become a Sales Executive within one of our vertical markets.
Over a 12–18 month period, you'll work closely with our sales team, support day-to-day sales activities, manage smaller opportunities, and build the product knowledge and selling skills needed to succeed as an Account Manager.

What You'll Do
Support the Sales team in daily activities and client engagement
Meet with walk-in and call-in customers to understand their needs
Prepare quotes for opportunities under $10,000 and follow up consistently
Forward larger opportunities to Account Managers
Enter and track sales activity in CRM
Coordinate order fulfillment for sales booked under your name
Assist Account Managers with product research, site visits, proposals, presentations, and bid responses
Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment
Complete assigned training and development goals
Achieve quarterly sales and activity targets
Maintain high customer satisfaction and accuracy standards

Successful candidates will transition into a Sales Executive or Account Manager role within 1–2 years.
What We're Looking For
2–4 year degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, or related field)
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and discounts
Proficient in a Windows-based computer environment
Team-oriented with leadership potential
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
