MUST HAVES :

• Ideally someone with 5 years or more of expertise in Front-End development with Angular
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members
• Ability to work independently and maintain high coding standards
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• Experience in design and development of software solutions
• Experience with React is a plus
• Experience with Webservices Databases like Mongo DB Oracle or SQL Server

I understand the rate is low for a senior Angular Developer so I am fine with candidates with 3 4 years of Angular. Can be a strong contributor and not a lead. If theyve had limited ownership of architecture decisions limited mentoring experience and less exposure to enforcing coding standards thats fine. Just make sure you tell me this in the submittal summary for the candidate.
