Responsibilities

Respond to incoming alarm signals in accordance with documented procedures and accurately document each action taken for historical records.

Processing over-the-phone requests

Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events

Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately

Review the account signal traffic history accurately and quickly

Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Type 25 words per minute

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing
