Office Assistant Warehouse Production Area (Temp-to-Hire)

Location : Bay Shore, NY

Pay : $20 - $22 / hour

Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (slight flexibility for the right candidate)

Our client is seeking a reliable and bilingual Office Assistant to join their team in the converting office, located within their warehouse production area. This is a temp-to-hire position with room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily office operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting
  • Assist employees with benefits, payroll setup, and training, particularly those navigating language barriers
  • Manage material purchasing records, invoice tracking, and general data entry
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain organized documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (Spanish required)
  • Solid computer skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working in an office within a warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $22.00
