Licensed Psychologist

The Position

We are seeking Illinois Licensed Psychologists to fill part-time/full-time positions as an independent contractor (1099). In-person or telehealth work is available.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conducting initial psychological evaluations and psychotherapy for patients in long-term care facilities.

- Completing records for all work.

-Psychological testing is available for those interested.

Training on Procedures and Protocols—-Davken has designed its clinical forms to be Medicare compliant and highly efficient to maximize your time and effort when record keeping. We provide a 3-to-4-hour individual training to review our forms, procedures, and protocols, followed by an introduction to the facility and staff.

Our Requirements

You must possess:

• Strong skills in working with other disciplines in a healthcare setting

• An active and unrestricted license as a Ph.D. or PsyD Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build rapport with patients

• Have malpractice insurance and tail coverage for $1Mil/$3Mil
