We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team at 8th & Roast, located inside the Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your dedication to the art of coffee and your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities :

• Customer Service :

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, following recipes and quality standards.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling credit cards and mobile payments.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, equipment, and customer areas.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
