THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Talent Acquisition System Analyst supports the technical administration, reporting, and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS), iCIMS. This role focuses on system configuration, data and reporting, user support, and process improvement to ensure the recruiting system operates efficiently and supports business hiring needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to build expertise in HR technology and talent acquisition systems.
